We've taken the fall favorite coffee drink, Pumpkin Spice Latte and fashioned it into cheesecake form! Tastes of creamy pumpkin espresso cheesecake perfectly paired with a light topping of sweet cream cold foam and a dusting of Pumpkin Spice! Yum!

What happens when two local companies that both believe in using raw natural ingredients work together? Well obviously you get a Maple&Cream-y cheesecake masterpiece! We combined our base cheesecake recipe with our made from scratch maple syrup, and Maple&Cream Co’s Salted Maple Creamer to create a velvety smooth luscious Maple cheesecake topped with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of our candied maple syrup on top!

Flourishing in his retirement era, my father has taken to tapping our own Maple trees and making maple syrup from scratch. Combine that with his knack for smoking meats such as bacon and we knew we had quite a flavor combination that just had to be tried incorporated into a cheesecake recipe. We took the maple syrup and heated it until it reached in between the soft and hard crack candy temperature levels and then mixed the smoked bacon into the hot syrup before it cooled into a hardened slab of maple candied bacon. We chopped it up and incorporated it into our maple cheesecake along with a salted maple cream topping and more candied bacon crumbled on top for good measure! It’s a Sweet n’ Smokey delicacy!
